Vanilla house is situated in the exotic west of Mauritius in the district of Black River, surrounded by mountains and the charming villages of Le Morne and Chamarel. It is a 1 hour car drive (56 km) from the International Airport and only 5 minutes’ drive away from the gorgeous La Preneuse Beach. The Seven Coloured Earths’ of Chamarel and the Black River Gorges National Park are only 25 minutes’ drive away and it is a 10-15 minutes’ walk to local restaurants.
